Organic Agricultural Expertise | Mastery of Natural Cycles | Optimal Variety Selection
We cultivate the majority of our aromatic and medicinal species on our Moroccan farms. By combining agricultural expertise with in-depth botanical knowledge, we develop cultivation practices perfectly suited to each terroir.
This expertise, from the land to the harvest, enables us to obtain exceptional plants, naturally rich in active compounds and with intense organoleptic characteristics, meeting the highest standards of our client industries.
Preserved traditional techniques | Respect for natural cycles | Expert teams trained
In our plantations as well as in wild harvesting, we preserve an ancestral harvesting knowledge, combining tradition and respect for ecosystems. Our harvesters are trained in the delicate art of gathering to maintain the integrity of the plants and the vitality of their environment.
This unique expertise allows us to accurately assess the impact of each method, whether manual or mechanical, on the natural cycle of plants – from their buds to their regeneration.
Modern industrial equipment | Product-specific processes | Rigorous quality control
For dry plants, we operate six processing lines equipped with the latest technologies, including a de-bacterization unit and CO2 treatment that guarantees the highest quality and safety standards. In the field of liquids, our network of nine stills, located between France and Morocco, ensures optimal distillation of essential oils and hydrosols.
Our expertise in fresh plants, particularly in gemmotherapy, is distinguished by immediate on-site processing that preserves the full richness of natural active ingredients. All of this equipment and our industrial know-how are available for tailored services, meeting the specific requirements of our clients.
Optimized logistics | International shipping | Personalized customer service
The synergy between our French and Moroccan platforms, based on agility and short supply chains, ensures a smooth flow of products, optimizing lead times and traceability.
Our optimized logistics enable us to deliver internationally in the shortest possible time.
A multi-source sourcing expertise
Our sourcing expertise is based on a deep knowledge of terroirs and a constant pursuit of excellence. Through three complementary sourcing channels, we select the finest plant resources:
Control of our production
74% of our raw materials come from our own Moroccan plantations. This vertical integration, supported by our teams of agronomic engineers, allows us to guarantee quality and traceability. Our Zemrane nursery, a key site for experimentation, embodies this pursuit of excellence: a true innovation laboratory, it provides solutions to diversify our crops and meet both the demands of our clients and the current climatic challenges.
Our excellence in sourcing is based on trusted partnerships with farmers who share our ethics and expertise.
For wild plants, we organize a sustainable harvest that respects natural regeneration cycles and regulations.
This synergy between partner cultivation and controlled harvesting ensures complete traceability, from the plot to the finished product.
Gentian, a symbol of our sustainable practices.
The Yellow Gentian, emblematic of Auvergne, reflects our commitment to sustainable and responsible harvesting. As a long-standing member of the Gentiana Lutea/CPPARM association (www.cpparm.org/la-gentiane/), we actively contribute to the preservation of this rare medicinal plant, whose root, rich in bitter principles, is highly valued by the food and pharmaceutical industries.
As the main operator of this natural resource, which has been present in the French mountains for over two centuries with a national production of 2,000 tons of fresh roots annually, we strictly adhere to the specifications set by the association that brings together 50 stakeholders in the sector. This membership reflects our philosophy: balancing industrial exploitation with the preservation of natural resources. Our century-long expertise with the "Yellow Fairy" is part of a sustainable development approach, audited annually to ensure exemplary harvesting practices.
Our productions are supported by a common foundation of certifications – Organic Agriculture, Fair for Life, and NOP – ensuring quality and sustainability. Our products are marketed in various sectors (Food Industry, Cosmetics, and Health & Well-being) and meet the corresponding regulatory standards. In terms of food safety, the implementation of IFS Food / BRC standards ensures a response that meets market demands.
Our entire production chain is regularly audited by independent organizations, our clients, and sometimes even by our clients' clients, ensuring full compliance with the standards of each industry.
Our expertise in traceability starts in the fields. Each cultivated plot and harvesting area is meticulously documented, allowing us to trace the exact origin of each plant. This control over the source ensures the compliance and quality of our raw materials.
Our traceability system tracks each batch throughout its transformation. Precise documentation records the complete history: origin, harvest date, processing stages, and quality controls. This full traceability ensures optimal responsiveness to any specific request.
Our teams excel in plant identification and their specific characteristics. Regular internal training and strict verification procedures ensure the accurate identification of each species processed in our facilities. DNA analysis and BARCODING tests further complement these controls for maximum security.
